Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with client goals Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefing, execution, and reporting Coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign delivery Ensure brand alignment in all influencer content Track performance and generate campaign reports Stay updated with influencer trends and platform updates Maintain client communication and ensure campaign expectations are met Skills Required: 6 months - 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management Bachelors degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, detail-oriented, and creative Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment Awareness of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems Perks: Beyond compensation, you'll be part of a collaborative culture where work is dynamic and engaging.
