Job Description
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers via email, chat, phone, and social media.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to resolve issues quickly.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Continuously improve customer support processes, documentation, and FAQs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outsourced customer service or BPO environments.
Proficiency in using CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
