Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces

• Showcase product knowledge across gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections

• Assist in sales, invoicing, and after-sales service

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Maintain visual merchandising standards at the counter

• Ensure security and handling of high-value items

• Participate in stock checks and inventory management

• Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism

• Follow store SOPs and uphold brand image
