  Biltech Building Elements Ltd is engaged in manufacturing of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC Blocks). The company was set up in 1993 in technical tie up with YTONG of Germany with an aim to utilize bulk quantities of fly ash and promote green building material concept. The company is utilizing the fly ash generated from thermal power plants to manufacture Lightweight Autoclaved Aerated Concrete       Biltech-ACE Blocks through its plants located in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat and West Bengal.

   

  Biltech Building Elements is highly regarded within the AAC industry due to its commitment to developing quality products while providing extensive technical support to the professionals that utilize this building material. It is the only company in the industry to Pan India presence and at present it has the biggest market share in the segment of AAC Blocks.

• Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

• Strong network and working relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.

• Ability to drive sales through project-based channels and manage client relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience required.
