Position: Test Analyst & Test Specialist
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Job Location: Greater Noida, Pune & Hyderabad
Mandatory Skills: Property & Casualty, P&C, Insurance, DuckCreek, Claims, Policy, Automation, TAC, Automation, ETL, Claims Testing & Policy Testing.
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Functional QA Engineer to join our team in P&C Insurance Domain.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Policy and Claims applications, with a strong understanding of ETL processes, Reporting, and Automation frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on P&C Insurance platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Policy and Claims applications and workflows.
- Proficiency in ETL testing and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., TAC, Selenium, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Perform functional testing for Policy and Claims applications, ensuring compliance with business rules and regulatory standards.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes and reporting functionalities.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Point Systems, Duck Creek Policy and Snapsheet Claims
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Certification in Testing
