This role ensures adherence to financial policies and supports the organization in achieving its financial and operational goals. The position involves close coordination with program teams, donors, and partner organizations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with donor requirements.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling FCRA Grants and CSR Grants, including compliance, reporting, and audits.
