Department - Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMT Unit)

Designation - Technician / Sr. Technician

Qualification - M.Sc (Microbiology)/ Biotech

JD -

Responsible for handling Bio informatics related to NGS and others.
Overview of the process of samples extraction from the start to the end troubleshooting of any error that comes in between
Writing script for different Bio statistical analysis like Survival analysis, ROC analysis, Competing risk analysis.
Maintain the data of patients in National Marrow Donare program, viral, Cryopreservation, HLA, IR reports etc.
Performing the DNA extraction, HLA tying, Gel Electrophoresis.
