Job Description
This person will head the HR Department and is expected to take ownership of the HR activities at an end to end level guided by Management Team.He / she will also be responsible for meeting the hiring requirements within the given TATs, payroll inputs, monthly statutory filings, Employee Training & Development and supporting the Management in all HR related functions of the Organisation.Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for various roles.
Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, documentation, and training.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct investigations as needed and take appropriate corrective actions.
Performance Management:
Establish performance expectations and goals for employees.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
HR Analytics:
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare HR reports and metrics.
