Job Description
Job Summary :
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to address various business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather data, and implement solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to ensure model reliability and robustness.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.
- Communicate findings and present results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 Years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
