DGM Technical & After Sales Support - Hardware @ Lgf Sysmac

Job Description

• Oversee and supervise technical information of architectural hardware products of the company flowing to the customer
• Oversee and assess technical specifications of hardware being made by the technical support engineers and adhere to timelines of submission
• Meetings with new and existing clients, developers, architects, consultants, system company and software companies as per threshold defined in annual key result area report
• Developing a new product line(faade products, IM products and new line of products in inventory as ROL)
• New product development and approvals basis vendor comparisons
• Give technical training on products (machine/hardware/integrated lighting and smoke vent solutions) to internal team members as per training schedule
• Assign team at sites for after sales services of hardware product lineFollow timelines for product specifications submission
• Resolving customer complaints within 15 days of opening of complaint
• Inter department coordination for smooth functioning of the technical team
• Customer complaint resolution and visiting customer sites frequently
• Preferably from Glass/Excursion/Aluminium manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Analytical skill.
• Expertise in technical aspects of the products.
• Electrical knowledge preferable
