Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of non-IT industry trends and market demands.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
- Male Preferably
