Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with experience in HVAC, BMS, and instrumentation products to join our Ahmedabad team. The candidate will be responsible for direct sales, lead generation, and client relationship management across Process, OEM, Pharmaceutical, and Automation segments.Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation via cold calling and networking with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, and end-usersPromote and sell products including Pressure, Temperature, Level, Air & Water Quality SensorsClient visits for demonstrations, solution presentations, and product pitchMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunitiesSubmit quotations, handle negotiations, and close dealsRegularly update market trends, competitor activity, and client feedbackAttend exhibitions, conferences, and marketing eventsSubmit weekly visit schedules and follow-up action reportsWillingness to travel frequently for client interactionsRequired Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in EnglishSales experience in HVAC/BMS systems and instrumentationTechnical understanding of automation and sensor productsStrong client-handling and negotiation skillsSelf-driven with the ability to meet targets
