Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee experience and organizational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence (COEs) such as Compensation, L&D, and Talent Acquisition.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Passion for people development and business growth.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certification.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in managing organizational change, employee engagement, and talent initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Night Shifts..
