Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller to support our Microsoft License Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining Microsoft license solutions, and generating leads or sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses and prospects to promote Microsoft license offerings.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate Microsoft product solutions.
Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and customer interaction records.
Collaborate with the sales team to close leads and meet sales targets.
Explain pricing, packages, and benefits of Microsoft licenses clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads via phone or email and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Stay updated on Microsoft products, offers, and licensing terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or IT product sales.
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is a must.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Office 365, Windows, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to handle objections and explain technical terms in simple language.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
