Job Description
- Manage multiple IT projects and products with complex scopes, including internal and external dependencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams consisting of employees, on-site consultants, and offshore resources.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, encompassing process improvements and technology modernization to achieve desired outcomes.
- Translate product vision into codable, measurable components, developing well-structured and sequenced user stories.
- Lead product meetings, estimation, requirements gathering, and scheduling/planning activities within the SDLC framework.
- Act as a liaison across business, design, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on objectives, transitioning into a Subject Matter Expert role as needed.
- Review and refine project requirements, provide estimates and task breakdowns, and deliver accurate and achievable project plans and budgets.
- Participate in group planning and prioritization to maintain and communicate an updated product roadmap and backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring credibility, problem-solving, consensus-building, and objective alignment.
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder communications that are timely, accurate, and complete.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, leveraging Scrum and Kanban methodologies effectively.
