Job Description
- Implement and maintain quality assurance systems in day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Store departments to ensure all products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials, manage quality control records, and isolate non-conforming materials for corrective action.
- Conduct first print approvals according to established quality guidelines and standards.
- Ensure the calibration, accuracy, and maintenance of all measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues, including the investigation and closure of customer complaints.
- Maintain comprehensive quality analysis records and prepare detailed quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams to promote quality standards and best practices across departments.
- Attend to customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure audit readiness and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance standards in the printing and packaging industry.
- Hands-on experience in implementing quality management systems (QMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective coordination, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and client interaction.
- Attention to detail and precision in quality analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing quality records and documentation.
- Ability to handle external and internal audits with thorough compliance.
