Helping customers with their queries & complaints over call / chat & email

Providing proactive information & assist customers for a quick resolution

Ensure a customer centric approch

WORK FROM HOME WILL START AFTER 1 MONTH ONLY

Candidates must have

- Excellent English & Hindi communication skill

- Should have own desktop/laptop & data connection

- Undergard / Grads can apply

- Min. 6 Months of customer service experience

- Should be flexible working in shifts & 6 days / week
