Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Tele sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and assisting in closing sales over the phone, with a focus on promoting vehicles, service packages, and other automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote new and used vehicles, accessories, and services.

• Answer incoming inquiries related to automobile products and services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and finance options clearly and accurately.

• Follow up with potential leads and schedule test drives or showroom visits.

• Maintain and update customer database and call logs.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the showroom sales team for seamless customer experience.

• Handle objections and work toward converting cold calls into sales opportunities.

• Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.

• Prior experience in tele sales or automotive sales preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office).

• Fluency in [local language] and English.

• Strong persuasion skills and a customer-first attitude.
