Job Title: QA/Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Job Type: Contract Role

Duration : 1 Years Fixed (Extendable)

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality software and understands the critical role of accuracy and reliability in healthcare technology. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and driven by the knowledge that their work ensures safe, compliant, and effective solutions for real-world healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for various projects, with a focus on Healthcare Payer systems.
Develop comprehensive UAT plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories specific to Healthcare Payer operations.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
Execute UAT test cases, document results, and report defects using appropriate testing tools and methodologies.
Coordinate with end-users to facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and ensure user satisfaction.
Analyze and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 years focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Significant experience in the Healthcare Payer industry, including knowledge of claims processing, member enrollment, and provider management.
