Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily Trail Balance Scrutiny:Thoroughly review daily trial balances to identify any discrepancies or errors.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified.

Daily Income & Expenses Entries:Record daily income and expenses transactions, ensuring proper allocation to respective cost centers.
Verify the accuracy of entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Cost Center Monitoring:Monitor income and expenses associated with different cost centers within the organization.
Ensure cost allocation is accurate and in line with the budgeted amounts.

Management Information System (MIS) & Dashboard:Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards that provide key financial insights to management.
Summarize financial data for easy understanding and decision-making.

Expenses Amortization & Provisions:Calculate and account for expenses amortization over time, ensuring accurate reflection of asset values.
Set aside provisions for potential future expenses, adhering to accounting principles.

Branch Profitability Statement:Prepare branch-wise profitability statements to assess the financial performance of different branches or units.
Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance profitability.

Expense Variances & Analysis:Analyze variations between actual expenses and budgeted amounts.
Investigate reasons for discrepancies and provide insights to management for corrective action.

Budget vs. Actual Expenses:Compare budgeted expenses with actual spending, highlighting areas where budget targets are exceeded or undershot.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address budget deviations.

Data Reconciliation:Reconcile financial data across different systems and platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Address any discrepancies promptly to avoid misreporting.

Candidate Requirement:

1. Well versed with MIS Tools , Pivot analysis.
2. Proficiency in using MS Excel , Vlookup.
