We have also built point solutions and products through Thoucentric labs using AI/ML in the supply chain space. Job Description At Thoucentric, we work on various problem statements. The most popular ones are - Building capabilities that address a market need, basis our ongoing research effort. Solving a specific use case for a current or potential client based on challenges on-ground. Developing new systems that help be a better employer and a better partner to clients. We are invested in both, employee growth and client success! Key Responsibilities Engage with finance stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT tools. Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors for solution design, testing, and deployment. Support system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects across finance functions (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FP&A, Treasury). Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and manage defect resolution. Facilitate user onboarding, training, and post-implementation support. Monitor system performance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure alignment of deployed tools with business objectives and compliance standards. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field. 46 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on Finance tools and solutions. Strong understanding of finance processes such as reporting, budgeting, accounting, or treasury. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), finance automation tools, or BI platforms. Prior experience working in or with FMCG companies is mandatory. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment. Preferred Skills Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, Anaplan, Power BI, or other modern finance tools is a plus. Experience with data visualization, automation (RPA), or cloud-based finance platforms. Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
