Job Title: Customer service representative (CSR)Location: Lower Parel, MumbaiAbout Process: One-point contact for any doubts/queries/issues that a customer faceEnsuring that the defined service level agreements are met.Provide the highest standard of service in the customers' journey with Markets Mojo.Ensuring the turnaround time for the query resolutions is metEnsuring the information provided to the customers are accurateEnsure that the average resolution time is gradually shorten.Ensure that the efforts are put in to update the standard responses and accordingly mapping them to similar queriesIdentify the areas of improvement and getting those implementedRequirement: Minimum 3 years - 5 years in BFSI ONLYExcellent communication skillsGood knowledge of using ticketing system and financial services industryAdept with the English language, excellent communication, and writing skillsCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characterThey should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesEducation: GraduationShift timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PMWeekly Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed offAge: Upto 35 yearsNote: We Requires candidates from BFSI sector onlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR200,000.00 - INR540,000.00 per yearSchedule: Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: BFSI sector: 3 years (Required) Customer service: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required 3-5 years 2-5.5LPA Lower Parel, Mumbai
