Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular (primary) and AngularJS. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive designs
- Develop reusable, modular components and optimize code for performance and scalability
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
- Develop and maintain backend services using .NET and C# to support frontend functionality.
- Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between frontend and backend systems.
- Work with database management systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient data access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Participate in project planning, stand-ups, and code review meetings to ensure project alignment. Document application design, functionality, and other technical details.
- Implement thorough testing strategies, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Angular, .NET, and related technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficient in Angular and AngularJS, with expertise in frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of .NET and C# for backend development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong skills in .NET framework, C#, and RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
