Job Description

  • Be a support system, for real. Provide administrative support and management by scheduling meetings, prioritizing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Always stay on your marks. Get set with prerequisites for meetings, conferences and Events and go!
  • Stay on top of correspondence, including mails, phone calls and written Communication. And maintain accurate records and files as well.
  • Be a relationship manager. As the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, Facilitate effective communication, screen and redirect calls, Emails and other inquiries as needed.
  • Manage information well, especially research, data, reports and presentations. Review
  • Documents with precision and maintain confidentiality of said documents, while organizing digital and physical files.
  • Be a good juggler of time and tasks, knowing the schedules in and out to avoid scheduling conflicts or potential obstacles.
  • Know how to coordinate travel and events. Arrange transportation and accommodation accordingly, while sketching out the logistics for events and meetings.
  • Be reliable - support ad-hoc projects, initiatives and requests when needed.
  • Preferably, have prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Be a Sherlock Holmes when it comes to maintaining discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be well-versed with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, emails and calendar
  • management applications.
  • An attentive eye to detail and accuracy, with equally balanced problem-solving abilities.
  • And finally, for a personal assistant, bring needed professionalism, integrity and proactive attitude to the table.
