Job Description

    Job Title: Business Strategy Officer Primary Responsibilities: Product Demonstration & Client Engagement: Lead impactful and engaging product demonstrations of HIMS software for potential clients, highlighting the softwares key features and how it aligns with their specific business needs and goals. Provide a clear understanding of its benefits and the value it brings to their organization. Implementation Support & System Integration: Play an essential role in the smooth deployment of HIMS software in client hospitals and healthcare establishments, ensuring seamless integration with their current infrastructure and minimal disruption to daily operations. Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address any issues during the installation process, ensuring efficient resolution and maximizing client satisfaction. GAP Analysis & Operational Improvement: Actively participate in conducting GAP analysis at client facilities, identifying areas for operational enhancements. Offer strategic recommendations that streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. Optimizing Processes & Implementing NABH Standards: Support clients in refining their internal processes to achieve operational excellence while ensuring the adoption of NABH standards. Help organizations comply with national healthcare regulations to improve patient care and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Training and Staff Development: Provide training support for doctors, administrative personnel, and hospital staff to ensure they effectively utilize the HIMS software. Equip them with the skills needed to optimize their use of the system to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Assist clients in understanding and integrating NABH protocols into their daily operations, ensuring they meet industry standards for quality assurance. Client Profiling & Strengthening Partnerships: Help develop comprehensive client profiles for corporate empanelment, ensuring that all necessary documentation is correct and complete. Play a key role in fostering strong relationships and partnerships with healthcare providers. Customer Support & Relationship Management: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and timely issue resolution. Ensure clients are confident in using the software by offering continued support and guidance. Reporting & Project Monitoring: Prepare regular and detailed reports for the Reporting Officer, providing updates on ongoing projects, client interactions, and the status of key initiatives. Highlight challenges and successes to ensure full transparency and alignment with client needs. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer support, ideally in the healthcare or software industry, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management. A solid understanding of HIMS software and familiarity with NABH protocols is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engage with clients at all levels. Self-driven and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively in team environments, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges and needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other tools essential for client management, reporting, and progress tracking. Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to provide on-site support, training, and assistance for successful software implementation and client success.
