O&M of Electrical system at RCITP and Support Lead Engineer Electrical in managing overall availability of electrical assets in the site Responsible for preventive / predictive and break down maintenance of HT/LT electrical equipment#s -DGs, power transformers , HT switchgear , UPS , Batteries, Inverters , Motors, PCCs, Lifts and Escalators for smooth and trouble free operation of the same. Job Accountabilities Carry out Day to Day operation of Electrical systems as per SOP. Execute Electrical Maintenance tasks with quality and compliance to SAP systems. Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified Conduct regular Troubleshooting and analysis Carrying out PM / Break down maintenance of Electrical equipment#s as per SMP Inventory management of critical spares and Consumables Close coordination with Vendors and OEM#s for scheduled Maintenance. Making all required documents for legal compliance Collate data for performance monitoring and reporting Implementation of recommendations Knowledge management Maintain history/ records Facilitate and support project team Tracking and closing all electrical complaints and attending any break downs on priority Ensuring all safety instruction are followed during job execution and necessary safety tools and tackles are available Education Requirement : Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical. Knowledge on SAP Experience Requirement : minimum 5 years of experience in operation of Electrical system including HT. Skills & Competencies : Safety Safety policy, systems and procedures. Safe working procedures for operation/maintenance/testing of electrical equipment. LOTO procedures. Emergency operation procedures. Technical Theory and principles of operation, specification of the following electrical equipment. LT/HT ac motors/synchronous motors, dc machines. Power transformers/instrument transformers, PCC/MCC/Power distribution. Circuit breakers/isolators. UPS, battery/battery chargers/invertors. Control/interlock/protection of the above equipment. Protective relays and protection scheme testing. Economic of power system operation # MSEB tariff, system power factor, improvement of power factor. Systems & procedures for electrical maintenance/basis for preventive maintenance/predictive maintenance. Recent developments in electrical engineering. Thorough knowledge of logic/circuit diagrams, trouble shooting and failure analysis. Basic electronics, principle and operation of electronic components .,
