- Job Description: Executive Electrical Engineer for System study & Engineering (0-5 Years Experience) Position: Executive Electrical Engineer Location: Vadodara Department: Electrical System Study & Engineering Streams: Electrical Engineering Reports To: Senior Electrical Engineer/Engineering Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role will involve supporting various electrical engineering projects, including scope identification, technical specifications, and engineering calculations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of power systems and experience with ETAP software for simulation studies. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; there is no bar for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Scope Identification: Assist in identifying electrical scope for projects, ensuring all aspects of electrical systems are considered. Technical Specifications: Contribute to the development of technical specifications for electrical equipment and systems. Simulation Studies: Perform load flow studies, short circuit studies, protective device coordination studies, arc flash studies, transient stability studies, motor starting studies, ground grid assessments, and harmonic studies using ETAP. Protection Schemes: Assist in the preparation and analysis of various protection schemes, including: Differential Protection Grid Islanding Load Shedding Synchronization Engineering Calculations: Conduct engineering calculations to support design and analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Documentation: Prepare technical reports and documentation for simulation studies and protection schemes. Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and other team members to support project goals and timelines. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering. Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Familiarity with power system analysis and simulation software, particularly ETAP. Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the electrical engineering field. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience related to electrical engineering. Knowledge of electrical protection schemes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC).
