We are hiring for the role of US Soft Collections / Customer Support

Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers in the US to remind them about pending EMI payments.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach to assist customers effectively.

What We Offer:
Salary: Up to 35,000 per month.
Eligibility: HSC (12th Pass) Freshers are welcome!

Strong communication skills are a must.
Shift: Night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM). Work Schedule: 5 days working. 2 rotational week offs.

Location: Bhayander / Malad / Andheri / Thane
