Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations. Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site Sales Representative role located in Chennai at Aadhiti Industries. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, negotiating sales contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve engaging with customers to understand their metal solution needs and offering tailored product recommendations. Qualifications Proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of metal manufacturing industry and products Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the metal manufacturing industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial,
