Job Description
- Setting-up the goals & strategies.
- Guide & manage the Inside Sales Team to be ensured to achieve & exceed the sales target.
- Developing & implementing the sales strategies.
- Coaching the team members & monitoring their performances.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to perform as an individual capacity to achieve the sales target when any team member fails to perform.
- Male / Female.
- Experience: 5 years in the similar role to handle the group of sales teams.
- Leadership & management.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally with a track record of success.
- Preferred domain: Education / ed-tech sales / Insurance.
- Age: 30 40 yrs.
- Graduate with any stream.
- Dynamic but pleasant personality with a good inter-personal skill.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills with good command over English & Hindi.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales strategies & process.
- Must be tech-savvy.
