As a DevOps Engineer, you will be involved in managing & monitoring SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365 and contribute to the performance of our ground-breaking products.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the highest uptime for customers in our SaaS environment.
- Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions
- Adhere to the incident escalation procedure based on the severity.
- Adapt to the changes in the technology and infrastructure utilized within the organization.
- Mentor associate engineers.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Experience with Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform and Azure Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux Server OS
- Scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Regexp, vb scripting, Python...etc.
- Knowledge of Terraform Automation
- Knowledge of Ansible
- Knowledge of Bamboo/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
Desirable:
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Ability to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner.
- AWS Certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
