  # Position:: Manager- R & D- Micro- Tarapur Location    Exp-10-16years  Qualification : M.Sc Microbiology or PHD Microbiology Experience in Pharma/Chemical/R& D in Industry/labs     JD: Roles & Responsibilities: ( Comments Mentioned in BLUE is compulsory)     1. Maintain Good Lab Practices at shake flask section of R&D (Micro) by documentation as per SOPs, inform seniors in timely manner  2. Operate 20L-500 L fermenters for routine experiments and execute experiments as per protocol 3. Supervise scale up experiments and perform data analysis 4. Strain improvement by mutation or through media optimization. 5. Media designing for productivity improvement at shake flask scale. 6. Maintenance of commercial culture for by lyophilization, FM, slant and seed preparation for R&D use.  7. Checking and reviewing all experiments records ensuring that these are completed and signed. 8. Ensure experiments running as per protocol & record the important as well as critical observation of experiments & discuses with senior and conclude the experiments. 9.
