Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Assist in executing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support campus engagement initiatives and walk-in recruitment events.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of job postings across multiple platforms.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and candidate databases.
- Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Uphold a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding procedures and related documentation.
- Contribute to the management of employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
- Support the execution of employee engagement programmes and internal HR activities.
- Aid in the development and refinement of HR documentation and procedural audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed an MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with attention to detail.
