Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, vendors, government agencies, and community groups
Manage project budgets and track expenditures to maintain financial viability.
Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design plans.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
