Full time | Work From Office This Position is Filled Department / Category: ADMIN Listed on Dec 19, 2023 Work Location: GURGAON BANGALORE HYDERABAD Job Descritpion of PostgreSQL DBA 4 to 6 Years Of Relevant Experience Strong knowledge of Postgres Architecture. Experience with different types of backup and restores in Postgres. Experience with database upgrade on minor and major versions. Hands-on experience on Database replication and point-in-time-recovery. Day to Day operations and troubleshooting performance issues like load average, locks, blocking and long-running sqls. Commonly used PostgreSQL configuration parameters and common system tables usage. Exposure to PostgreSQL maintenance tasks. Exposure to PostgreSQL deployments in cloud like AWS(RDS or EC2) or GCP. High-availability like Repmgr or pgpool or efm10. Exceptional experience administering multi-terabyte databases. Aptitude to independently learn new technologies. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams. Background in building large database infrastructure supporting a high volume of transactions in a mission-critical environment. Good to have: Knowledge python and Single store Memsql.
