SQL Server Database Administrator @ Ispecia Technologies

Job Description

Role: Senior SQL Server Database and AWS Administrator Position Type: Full Time Must have : Minimum 10+ Years of SQL Server DBA experience Location: Remote N.P.: Immediate to 30 Days Requirements: 1. Manage SQL Server Databases (Primary Skill) Handle 20+ servers & 100+ databases (up to 2TB in size). Install, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server (versions 2005 to 2017+). Performance tuning (fix slow queries, optimize indexes). Backup & disaster recovery (if a database crashes, they can restore it). High availability setups (clustering, mirroring, log shipping). SSRS (Reporting) & SSIS (ETL packages). 2. Work with AWS Cloud (Secondary Skill) Manage AWS RDS (SQL Server in Cloud), EC2, S3. Set up monitoring & alerts for databases. Migrate databases from on-premise to AWS (or vice versa). Work with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps experience is a plus). 3. Other Responsibilities 24/7 support (must be available for emergencies). Debug & fix database issues quickly. Work with developers to optimize queries.
