Job Overview: As a Client Partner, you will be the primary liaison between our agency and key clients, ensuring strong relationships, successful campaign execution, and business growth. You will be responsible for client qualification, strategic account management, and identifying opportunities to expand services. Key Responsibilities: Client Qualification Relationship Management: Call and Qualify the Clients Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication. Develop deep relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives Account Growth & Business Development Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services. Collaborate with the strategy teams to provide inputs for pitch Support the negotiation and renewal of contracts. Work towards revenue growth targets and ensure client retention. Project & Campaign Oversight: Work closely with internal teams (strategy) to ensure pitching and solutioning document are done on time. Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Educate clients on emerging digital opportunities and how they can benefit their business. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 3 to 5+ years in business development, account management, or sales in a digital marketing agency or service based agency Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social, Content, Influencer, etc.). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Negotiation & Sales: Experience in upselling, contract negotiation, and business growth strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital marketing tools Prior experience managing enterprise or large-scale clients. Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth.,
