Job Description

1- Territory level planning, execution and tracking of DG activities a. Season wise Planning (Kharif/ Rabi) b. Monthly Plan v/s Actual c. Advance Planning for next couple of month 2- Participation in DG activities specially RDA/ Big farmer meetings 3- On field training of new Joinee 4- Leading campaigns in respective geography 5- Conducting large scale demo of hero product or new products in coordination with Sales team, and collecting farmers feedback and insights on product performance 6- Leading complaint management: Helping sales team in farmer complaint management and recording 7- Providing Market Insights like New Products launched, competition activities and competition pricing,
