Responsibility

• Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets

• Provide training and support to agency partners

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Deep knowledge of the insurance industry
• Age 21 -47
• Graduation Mandatory
