Job Description

Operating Knowledge of VMC/HMC /5 Axis CNC Milling Machine
Working experience onFanuc/Siemens/Haas/Mazatrol Control
Knowledge of job Setting ( Setter role preferred) and Precision machining
Knowledge of making the basicPrograms and GD&T , Surface Finish
Running the machine as per the component program and tool Setting
Knowledge of job setting offset, dialing, using Instrument like Micrometer, Bore Gauge etc.
Basic knowledge CNC tools like Inserts shapes , U Drill, Face mill, Boring, Micro Boring tools, Reamer , End Mill, etc
Ability to read the drawing and understand the dimension & tolerances
Experience of working on Steel ,Stainless steel and High Alloy Machining in Batch Production
