This exciting opportunity is based in our Mumbai office. To ensure seamless collaboration, candidates residing within a designated travel boundary will be considered.


Sutherland is hiring for International Voice/ Blended Process (Customer Service).


Shift Timings: 5 Days working with 24*7 Rotational Shifts and 2 Rotational Off.

Salary: Best as per industry + Incentives + Travelling Allowance

HSC or Graduate freshers or experienced can apply.

The Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.


Be a Communication Master:

Utilize your excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with customers over various channels.

Problem-Solving Pro: Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Embrace Flexibility: Work within a rotational schedule, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 exceptional service.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency will be great.

Experience with customer service or technical support in voice will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic and manage performance KPIs.

Location:

Within Central line [Sion to Dombivali] & Harbour line [Wadala to Panvel]. Some specified railway stations have a cut off of 1.5 kilometers Panvel, Kalyan and Dadar station.

Remote work is not currently available for this position. Only candidates residing within the designated travel boundaries can apply.
