Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for soft skills, process training, customer service training, accent training, language training, and English language training.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  
• Develop customized training materials and resources based on client requirements.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in BPO/call center industry or related field.
  
• Strong expertise in soft skills training (process trainer), soft skill development (soft skill trainer), call center training (customer service training).
  
• Proficiency in accent neutralization techniques such as IELTS preparation.
  
• Experience with language training methods including TNA/TNI/VNA/Voice & Accent.
