Sales Manager Business Loans (Direct Selling Team Experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Business Loans division, specifically managing and expanding a Direct Selling Team (DST). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business loan sales, team management, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through direct channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of DST executives focused on sourcing business loans.
- Monitor daily performance, provide regular coaching, and ensure achievement of team targets.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive business loan sales through DST channels by targeting SMEs, MSMEs, and corporate clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to penetrate potential segments.
- Lead Management:
- Ensure the effective management and conversion of leads generated through various sources.
- Guide the team on sourcing quality leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a point of escalation for client queries and problem resolution.
- Compliance and Process Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate MIS and reports regarding team performance, pipeline, and closures.
- Performance Tracking:
- Regularly review and analyze team performance metrics.
- Implement action plans to address performance gaps.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 36 years of experience in Business Loans sales.
- Mandatory experience in Direct Selling Team (DST) management.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to drive sales through structured processes and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of business loan products, credit evaluation, and financial documentation.
- Other Requirements:
- High levels of self-motivation and resilience.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
