Job Description

Job Summary:
Our company Access Partners is into Oversea Manpower consultancy in Gulf Country.
We want a good team of Recruitment Coordinator cum Client Representatives who
has good experience in recruiting staff and process them for job.
Responsibility & Duties:
1. Source candidates from different Job Portals
2. Lining up & Screening the candidates
3. Arranging candidates interview with Client F2F or Online
4. Process the selected candidates for Visa & Deployment
5. Meeting the deadlines of projects
6. Completing the task received from the reporting Manager
7. Updating every day process report to reporting Manager
8. Updating weekly process report to the client
9. Coordinating with other Team Member
10. Interact with clients to understand their business needs and priorities
11. Maintain positive and long-term client relationships for business growth
12. Handle client communications timely and effectively
13. Resolve client issues promptly and accurately.
14. Maintain frequent contacts and follow-ups with clients.
15. Represent company brand in client meetings, discussions and conferences.
Requirements:
Should be Graduate from any Steam
Should have Maximum 01-02 years of Experience
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
