Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role involves creating project organization structures, developing project plans, and managing project execution to ensure successful delivery. The position is available in Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore.Key Responsibilities
Create project organization structure, identifying key team members and their roles.
Develop and communicate the project plan to align project members and stakeholders.
Conduct kickoff meetings with key stakeholders to review the project plan and gain consensus.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify variances, and perform corrective actions.
Demonstrate business skills to negotiate priorities across multiple groups and teams.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project plan updated and reflective of authorized changes.
Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints; implement actions and workarounds to minimize risks.
Communicate development or resourcing roadblocks to leadership and facilitate resolution.
Improve team performance by building cohesiveness, mentoring, training, and motivating teams.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 5 years of consulting or industry experience in complex program and portfolio management.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience in project delivery, including configurations, release, and change management.
Demonstrated project and program management skills in a cross-functional coordination role.
Ideally, Youll Also Have:
Experience working with executive IT or business leadership.
Knowledge of IT methodologies and processes such as PMBOK, Prince2, Six Sigma, CMMI, product management, and SDLC.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile CSM, SAFe).
Understanding of master scheduling and integrated project planning.
Experience with enterprise PMO and Lean PMO setup and operation.
