Job Description

Oversee day- to- day agency performance and agency/ client relationship
Create growth strategies, concepts and business development blueprints for client value
Become a subject matter expert in clients field and speaking clearly to the competitive landscape, products, services, trends and brand positions within the clients business
Be proactive in assessing client needs and demands and delivering added value to the client wherever possible
Provide clear instruction as to the goals and of all agency projects with specific guidance and performance measures
Formulate a POV from a user experience, visual design and/ or supporting technology perspective, often on the fly
Create partnerships with discipline leads (UX, Design, Technology, Strategy) to ensure a successful team dynamic
Develop client relationships across key stakeholders
Assess and recommend tactics and strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations and enhancing the value of agency to the client
Direct the Account Team in the performance of their operating responsibilities mentoring and growing talent
Accountable for on- time, on- budget completion of all group projects and the reporting of budget status to clients
Build a cohesive team across departments, disciplines and agency offices where relevant. Leading a collaborative effort to create unified services, communications, marketing materials and value to the client
May include other duties as assigned Preferred Skills:

BA in marketing, advertising or related field

Minimum 4- 7 years account management experience with solid digital experience

Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills

Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivery in terms of digital activity

Must have a very strong creative aesthetic, be able to work seamlessly in multi- faceted environments, and have a demonstrated ability to partner with creative teams to develop great work.

Interest in high- tech and innovation projects

Can understand highly complex models and strategies

B- B experience preferred, desire to work on B- B technology account required
