Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are in requirement of Motivated, Result oriented individual, having min 5 Years of experience in the fields of Oil & Gas Industries, Refinery, Petrochemical Fertilizer & Chemical Industries with special focus on 3D-Plant Design System for our office.
Responsible in various projects for
- Piping Layout Detail engineering using SP3D considering all aspects of Operations, Maintenance, support feasibility and Construction as per the relevant Project specification & ISO Assurance for Construction.
- Equipment modelling, Piping modelling using SP3D (Smart Plant 3D) or E3D
- Isometrics Extraction, Plan & Elevation view 2D drawings Extraction
- Review of Piping Model using SPR & Navis work
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Preparation of Plot Plans, Piping Layout Extraction from PDS & updating in MicroStation
- Preparation of Nozzle Orientation, Section Drawings, Special pipe support drawings in MicroStation
- Modelling of Support using Pelican forge (SM)
- Preparation of Isometrics Drawing & General Arrangement Drawings using AutoCAD
- Preparation of Layout for all underground services, OWS & other underground drainage services.
- Preparation of As-built drawing of existing & modification plants.
- Material Take-off.
- For the Coordination with Civil and Structural for various issues such as Providing Information for the operating platforms, Equipment foundations.
- Having good experience in modelling phases such as piping Designer.
- Checking of equipment modelled versus latest equipment drawing.
- Checking of lines for compliance with piping Specs, correct choice of all piping components, connectivity check.
- Modelling of Support using (MDS)
- Clearing Data Consistency reports, before issue of AFC isometrics.
- Development and checking of piping layouts from PDMS.
- Preparation of spool drawing with the help of Spool Application.
- Inter departmental Co-ordination for PDMS input; clash resolving & Quality Assurance.
- Isometric generation from Isogen Module.
- ISO extraction using Isogen and 2D drawings using Drawing Manager.
- Performing RDB updates Reviewing and updating RDB conflicts.
- Support Design using Support modeller Pelican Forge for PDS.
- Smart Plant Review for walk through.
