Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
3+ years of experience in fraud/crime investigations, investigative journalism, or cybercrime intelligence collections
- 1+ year of experience managing a Quality role.
- Exposure to OSINT tools, social media intelligence, and SEO-based research.
- Strong understanding of financial crime, abuse trends, and TTPs
Primary Focus : Audit ongoing and submitted investigations.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in audit results and provide actionable feedback.
- Coordinate training refreshers based on audit findings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit investigation samples and completed reports for accuracy and quality
- Maintain audit repository and share regular insights with the team and leadership
- Provide candid feedback to investigators and flag systemic issues
- Collaborate with training teams to design refresher sessions based on audit observations
- Contribute to development of best practices and knowledge base documentation
-Maintain and update SOPs, quality checklists, and documentation of best practices.
Certifications (Preferred) : OSINT Certification, Cybercrime Investigation Training, Journalism or Research Methodology Certificates, or Data Analytics Certifications .
