Develop MIS system for client management and internal communication.
Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Project's (KPIs - Key Performance Indicators) & publish the reports on a weekly & monthly basis.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed for Client & Internal communication
Understand operational problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaison with support functions & participate in cross-functional meetings to manage & improve existing management information systems (MIS)
Skill/Experience/Education
Required:
3-5 years of MIS/Analysis/Dashboard building experience
Solid skills and experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Presentations, VBA scripting)
Creating reports using PLX/SQL and Data Studio (preferred)
Generate and provide reports in accurate and timely manner
Create documentation of all the reports for smooth operation and easy report maintenance
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
Create automation to reduce the manual effort on reporting
