Job Description
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Experience working in non-IT sectors (Required), R&D firms, or the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in hiring for niche roles, including technical and specialized positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment processes and reduce hiring timelines.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, MSW (Preferred) , or a related field
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier professionals.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct market research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
- Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment performance and improve hiring efficiency.
